These terms govern your use of 3dmockups.in, operated by Evavel Private Limited ("we", "us"). By using the website you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. The service

3dmockups.in provides free, browser-based tools that place your artwork onto 3D models and let you download the resulting images. The tools run on your own device. We may add, change, pause or remove any tool or feature at any time without notice.

2. Your content

You keep all rights to the images you use in the tools. Because files are processed in your browser and are not uploaded, we do not receive, store or claim any licence to them.

You confirm that you own, or have permission to use, any artwork you put into the tools, and that using it does not infringe anyone's copyright, trademark, privacy or other rights.

3. Images you create

Mockup images you download are yours to use for personal or commercial purposes, including store listings, advertising, websites, social media and print, subject to the rights in your own artwork. No attribution is required.

4. What you may not do

• Use the tools to create content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, hateful, or that infringes someone else's rights.
• Use mockups to mislead people, for example to pass off a counterfeit product or impersonate another brand or author.
• Copy, scrape, reverse-engineer, resell or re-host the website, its code, design, text or graphics, or present them as your own.
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, probe or bypass the security of the website or its hosting.
• Use automated systems to access the site at a volume that degrades it for others.

5. Our intellectual property

The website's design, code, text, graphics, logo, 3D models and the name "3D Mockups" are owned by Evavel Private Limited or used under licence, and are protected by copyright and other laws. Open-source components (such as Three.js, under the MIT licence) remain subject to their own licences.

6. No warranty

The tools are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that they will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that output will suit a particular purpose, printer, marketplace or platform. Please check every image before you publish it.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Evavel Private Limited will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for loss of data, revenue or profit, arising from your use of the website. Our total liability for any claim relating to the free service is limited to INR 1,000.

8. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Evavel Private Limited against claims arising from artwork you use in the tools or from your breach of these terms.

9. Links to other sites

The site may link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.

11. Changes

We may revise these terms at any time by updating this page. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the revised terms.
