Free 3D mockup generator for books, logos, apparel, packaging and devices

Upload a flat design and turn it into a real 3D object you can rotate, light and download as a high-resolution PNG. Nothing to install, nothing uploaded, no watermark on your image.

  • Transparent PNG up to 4000 px
  • Works on phone and laptop
  • Your files stay on your device

Private by default

Rendering happens with WebGL on your own device. Unreleased covers, client logos and packaging drafts never touch a server.

Real 3D, not a pasted photo

Spin the object to any angle, change its thickness or finish and watch the light react, instead of choosing from a handful of fixed shots.

Ready for print and stores

Export square PNG or JPG files up to 4000 px with a soft floor shadow, sharp enough for Amazon listings, ads and printed flyers.

What is a 3D mockup?

A mockup is a realistic preview of how a design will look once it exists in the real world. A 3D mockup takes your flat artwork, say a book cover or a box label, and wraps it around a three-dimensional model of that object. Because the model has real depth, the preview shows edges, thickness and lighting, which is what makes people believe they are looking at a finished product.

That matters most before the product exists. Authors use 3D book images for pre-orders months ahead of the print run. Brands test packaging ideas without paying for samples. Designers send clients a convincing preview instead of a flat PDF.

How it works

  1. Pick a tool for the object you want to show.
  2. Upload your design. It is read straight into the page; there is no upload bar because nothing is uploaded.
  3. Adjust the scene. Rotate, change size and finish, set the shadow and background.
  4. Download a transparent PNG for layouts or a JPG for quick sharing.

Questions

Are the 3D mockup tools really free?

Yes. Every tool on 3dmockups.in is free to use with no account, no watermark and no limit on downloads.

Do you store the images I upload?

No. Your files are opened and rendered inside your own browser. They are never uploaded to our server.

What is the difference between a 3D mockup and a photo mockup?

A photo mockup places your design onto one fixed photograph. A 3D mockup wraps it onto a 3D model, so you can change the angle, thickness, lighting and background before exporting. Photo mockups can look more lifelike in one specific scene; 3D mockups win on flexibility.

Which tool is coming next?

Hoodies and sweatshirts, followed by bottles, pouches and stationery such as business cards.
